1. Is there a free trial and how do I access it?
Yes, all subscriptions include a 7 days free trial, which means that we will charge your payment method only after 7 days, when the free trial is over.

2. How do I cancel my subscription?

It’s easy, just send an email to with the email address you used for your subscription, and let us know that you would like to cancel. We will check which plan you have and that canceling is within the terms of your plan, and then we will cancel your subscription.
3. What payment methods are acceptable?
We currently only accept credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, Apple pay, and Google pay.
4. Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can always upgrade your subscription via the subscriptions page However, downgrades are not available.
5. Can I change my plan to an annual one?
Yes, via our support –
6. Can I transfer my subscription between different humans?
Unfortunately, no. You can however cancel your subscription and then purchase a new one.
7. How do I view previous receipts and billing history?

You will receive all receipts via email. You can also view your billing history via Stripe here 

8. How can I change who receives my receipts and billing notifications?

Not a problem, just email us at and we will do it for you.

10. When is my credit card charged?
You will be charged at the end of your 7-day free trial.
11. Can I get a refund?

If you purchased an annual plan you can receive a full refund provided you cancel it before the month is up.
